We answer questions, concerns, and bug reports at humans@chibitomo.com.
For faster answers to gameplay questions, the Discord is usually the quickest route. Other players and the team are both there.
The Quick Start Guide walks through the whole game: keeping your companion's Energy topped up, battling, trading, the auction house, gardens, Chibux, shop items, and unlocking new areas.
Chibitomo has no passwords. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we send you, and you stay signed in on that device afterwards.
Guest accounts live on the device that created them. Add an email address in Settings to make the account recoverable and to unlock the parts of the economy that require a verified account.
Write to humans@chibitomo.com with your in-game name and any details that show the account is yours. We may not be able to transfer an account we cannot verify.
You can delete your account yourself, from either client:
Deletion is permanent. Your companion, your Chibitomo, your items, your Chibux, and your garden all go with it, and none of it can be restored or transferred afterwards.
If you cannot reach Settings, email humans@chibitomo.com from the address on the account and we will handle it. See the Retention section of the Privacy Policy for what happens to the data.
Send bugs to humans@chibitomo.com or post them in Discord. The reports we can act on fastest include:
Report harassment, offensive names, scam attempts, or anyone trying to trade in-game items for real money to humans@chibitomo.com. Include the other player's in-game name and, if you can, a screenshot.
Chibitomo is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, tell us and we will remove it.
Chibux, items, and Chibitomo are in-game content. They have no cash value, and they cannot be exchanged for money or moved off the service.
Anything you buy inside the iOS app is billed by Apple, and refunds for those purchases are requested through Apple, not through us. Purchases made anywhere else are covered by the Purchases section of the Terms of Service. Write to us and we will look at it.
To ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, email humans@chibitomo.com from the address on the account. What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
